The 300 MW offshore wind power project of Zhongneng Energy Conservation Yangjiang Nanpeng Island is located in the southern sea area of Dongping Town, Yangdong District. The onshore control center construction site is in Dagou Town, Yangdong District. The total installed capacity of the project is 300 MW, and it is planned to use wind turbines of 5 MW or above, with a total investment of about 5.8 billion yuan. The pipeline frame transported by our company this time is about 45 meters high, with a net weight of over 1700 tons, and the total weight of the tooling is 1 tons.
It is specially designed to meet the requirements of the Guangdong deepwater offshore wind power project booster station, and is also one of the few cases of pipeline frame roll on/roll off for booster stations in China.
The pipe rack is supported by 4 legs and weighs over 450 tons at a single point. Due to limited space for vehicle layout, our company conducted rigorous calculations and reviews, repeatedly simulated the posture of the vehicle and cargo, and finally finalized the 64 axis+4ppu plan, added load distribution fixtures, and successfully completed the roll on/roll off process.
The use of SPMT for transportation in can effectively solve the limitation of manufacturing site size, and has a short transportation period and flexible transportation mode. It can ensure the short reverse loading of ships at the dock front while manufacturing in the yard, and meet the schedule requirements during cross operation. This project is currently the heaviest and largest pipeline roll on/roll off transportation project in China.
