The Upperhull module of the semi submersible platform is being transported at the Jibao Nantong base this time. The scope of work for Zhonghai Guangying this time is to receive and move the module construction site to the dock front for roll on/roll off to the designated deck and place it in place. The module translation started at 4:30 am on February 13th, and the roll on/roll off time was around 6:40 am. 
The module is 120 meters long, 63 meters wide, 28 meters high, and weighs 5400 tons; Equipment investment: 204 axis+6 PPU. It is very difficult to roll and load the "Big Mac" with a total load of 6000 tons onto the ship. The 204 axis of the self-propelled modular vehicle itself has 816 wheels, and the difficulty of synchronous operation can be imagined. Therefore, the entire transportation process is a very severe test of the technical indicators of the axis vehicle and the operational skills of all operators. In order to ensure the foolproof roll on/roll off operation, the technical team of Zhonghai Guangying has developed a transportation plan that has been carefully calculated and verified; The project team analyzed and studied each link, formulated detailed project implementation rules, and clearly divided the responsibilities of each employee and job position who participated in the assignment; Before the implementation of the project, organize a pre work meeting for all personnel participating in the operation, clarify the division of labor, and implement it to individuals. This is the first time that Zhonghai Guangying has implemented the roll on/roll off of the UpperHull semi submersible platform in the marine engineering field, which is another milestone after the first PSV full ship translational launch record two months ago.
