The ship loader is a large bulk material machinery used in ports for loading at bulk material terminals. The special purpose ship loader (divided into six parts, two main engines, two sets, and two tail cars for transportation) carried by our company in this project cannot meet the needs of loading due to the crane operation area of the ship. Therefore, SPMT needs to be used to move the ship loader to the front of the dock for loading. In order to successfully complete this transportation task, our company conducted a detailed road survey and preliminary preparation on site, and made corresponding feasible plans. For this project, our company has invested in the 66 axis and 4 PPUs. The difficulty of on-site transportation this time lies in: ① The shape of the goods is irregular, and the center of gravity is significantly different from the geometric center; ② The center of gravity is relatively high, and the stability during transportation is poor; ③ The weight of the goods is relatively light, and during transportation, it is necessary to overcome the displacement of the goods caused by insufficient friction Add fixtures: solve the problem of cargo stress. In the face of strong competitors, our company's solution stood out from the crowd and successfully overcame various unfavorable factors such as narrow transportation space, poor transportation stability, and insufficient dock bearing capacity. This project has pioneered the use of SPMT transport ship loaders for the first time in China, providing another shipping method for similar products in the future and opening up a new flat construction method for similar products.
