The Jiangnan Museum complex is located at the intersection of Binhe Avenue and Heping Tao Road in Pingluo County, Ningxia. The main building of the 
Saishang Jiangnan Museum is modeled after the architectural style of the Ming and Qing dynasties, with a reinforced concrete frame structure. The main building has four floors with double eaves, three above ground floors, and one underground floor. The height above ground is 35.9 meters, and the height of the underground floor is 6.15 meters, with a total height of 42.05 meters. The main building area is 4949.83 square meters, and the total weight is about 10000 tons. Due to the requirements of the Yellow River flood control plan, the entire building will be moved 660 meters and rotated 86 degrees. The east and west auxiliary buildings of the 
Seishang Jiangnan Museum are modeled after the architectural style of the Ming and Qing dynasties, with a reinforced concrete structure. The main body consists of two double eaves, with partial three floors, about 34 meters long and 11 meters wide. Each auxiliary building has a construction area of about square meters, and the weight of each auxiliary building is about 1800 tons. Due to the expansion of the flood discharge capacity of the Yellow River, the entire building was moved 660 meters and rotated 86 degrees.
