The protagonist of this project is the Madura FPU (Offshore Floating Oil and Gas Production Platform) built by Changfeng New Energy in Indonesia. This is the first time a Chinese private enterprise has undertaken such a high-end offshore EPC project. After the final assembly of the FPU at the Changfeng New Energy Tongzhou Base, our company is responsible for using SPMT module vehicles to roll the FPU onto a semi submersible vessel, and then towing the semi submersible vessel to the diving area to perform the floating and undocking operation of the FPU. Finally, the FPU is towed to the Changfeng Port pool. 
Zhonghai Guangying teamed up with Jiangnan Shipbuilding to integrate the newly launched 12000HP main tug from Jiangsu Haifu in December. They coordinated four auxiliary tugs each in the Shanghai and Nantong sections to complete the semi-submersible barge towing and diving tasks, as well as the FPU's undocking, towing, and berthing tasks. This project involves multiple units and involves a wide range of personnel, making it difficult to organize and coordinate personnel. However, with the efforts of the project management team, the overall project execution process is orderly< The project team members are not afraid of difficulties and have demonstrated exceptional execution ability from project signing to project execution. The technical team has produced over a hundred overall drawings for the project, patiently and meticulously; The execution team is not afraid of the cold and has been fighting on the front line for a long time, which is the key to the smooth execution of the Changfeng New Energy FPU project by CNOOC Guangying. The semi-submersible barge towing fleet used in this project has a length of 551 meters, which is the first time in both Shanghai and Nantong regions. The project has a tight schedule and heavy tasks. Nantong and Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration fully support the project and actively arrange expert reviews to safeguard the entire process of the project. According to the requirements of the maritime departments of both regions, China Shipping and Guangzhou Ying have formulated comprehensive navigation support plans and safety measures, and have ultimately gained high recognition from the maritime and VTS departments of both regions< This is the first high-end marine engineering project undertaken by a Chinese private enterprise, and also the first land construction whole ship launching project in Tongzhou Bay.
