On the evening of April 19th at 10 o'clock, with the SPMT transporting the Ningqi Railway Bridge to the designated area, the L-ramp bridge at the Dinghuo Hub of the Beijing Shanghai Expressway and the Ningqi Railway Bridge, which were taken over by Zhonghai Guangying, were successfully dismantled and completed within the specified time after more than 5 hours. The Yihuai Huaijiang section of the
Beijing Shanghai Expressway is an important component of the national expressway network from Beijing to Shanghai, and is the main transportation channel that runs through the north and south of our province. The eight lane widening of the 259.5 kilometer four lane highway is the longest and largest highway renovation and expansion project in Jiangsu's history, and is expected to be completed in full by 2023. Starting from 5pm on April 19th, four sets of 40 axis SPMT module vehicles drove onto the main line of the Beijing Shanghai expressway, using SPMT to lift the nearly 700 ton steel box girder of the L-ramp. After the owner cut the bridge section, the vehicles turned 90 degrees and slowly headed towards the falling beam area. After precise positioning, the module car gradually lowers the beam body to contact with the support until the position of the beam body completely matches the corner point of the support, and then the module car falls off the beam and returns. The entire process only took 3 hours, which is 4 hours shorter than the expected homework time. Time is tight and the task is heavy. At the same time, the demolition work of the overpass bridge on the Laoningqi Railway, which is several kilometers away, ended at 10 pm on the 19th, taking 5 hours, 2 hours earlier than the original planned operation time. This project has a small construction area, a high risk coefficient, and many safety uncertainties. It requires high skill levels from various construction processes, construction teams, and machinery for cross coordination. This is the first time in Jiangsu Province that the SPMT module roof lifting technology has been used to demolish a bridge on a highway. The use of SPMT rapid bridge dismantling technology makes the entire process fast, safe, and environmentally friendly.
& nbsp; The rapid replacement project of bridges in our country has developed rapidly towards the direction of greening, speed, automation, and unmanned, in order to achieve the organic unity of project scale, quality, safety, speed, structure, and efficiency, and reduce traffic impact, social impact, and environmental impact& nbsp; In recent years, our technical team has developed a series of domestically produced, universal, modular, and intelligent bridge disassembly and assembly vehicle mounted equipment and its application engineering system based on our own SPMT. They have been successfully applied in nearly a hundred span bridge rapid replacement projects such as Shanghai Zhejiang Middle Road Bridge, Shanghai Hongmei South Road Bridge, Shanghai Tianmu Road Viaduct, Zhoushan 329 National Highway, Kaiyang Expressway, Guangzhou South China Expressway, and Guanfan Expressway, with huge potential economic and social benefits< br/>
