Bullet tank (LPG tank) - a semi buried high-pressure liquefied petroleum gas tank, is an important equipment for the liquefied petroleum gas processing site under construction in Charitz Bay, South Africa. This project is the first shipment project of Zhongshan Port upgrading from a second-class port to a first-class port, and maritime related units at all levels in Zhongshan City have attached great importance to it. There are a total of 4 bullet canisters transported this time, each with a diameter of 16 meters, a length of 60 meters, and a weight of approximately 1200 tons. Zhonghai Guangying is responsible for transporting bullet tanks from the construction factory to the installation site in South Africa. Our company uses a 36 axis 48 ton SPMT to roll and load 4 bullet tanks onto the ship in sequence, and the tanks complete a 90 degree turn on the deck before landing. Due to port reasons, the ship cannot dock sideways, which poses significant difficulties for roll on/roll off loading. The cargo is 60 meters long and the ship is only 32 meters wide, which places high demands on SPMT truck deployment and ship ballast operations; After the tank is loaded onto the ship, with a width of 32 meters and a length of 30 meters, it needs to complete a 90 degree rotation on the deck, which is equivalent to dancing on the tip of a knife. This greatly tests our company's ability to operate SPMT and the practicality of the previous plan. The success of the 12000 ton deck barge operation at
is a good start for Zhongshan Port to improve its trade capacity. Zhonghai Guangying provides full logistics services for owners, including picking up goods from the factory workshop, loading, customs clearance, and shipping to the port, fully demonstrating our professional capabilities. At the same time, we hope to contribute more professional strength in the future< br/>
